YOUR NEW ROLE
As part of a connected, passionate and growing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, onboarding and, if of interest, sales support.
You will be responsible for
Assisting customers in using our products (via email, phone, video conference or in person).
Providing exceptional customer service; be the main point of contact for customer communication; own customer complaints, concerns and champion the improvement of customer experience within the company.
Create and update support documentation in our product knowledge base
Communicate customer feedback with the wider team to help steer the direction of the product development
Provide sales support to the sales team including product demonstration as required.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, a good listener and a friendly, approachable manner. An interest in technology will be essential, any knowledge of payroll, HR or horticulture is a welcome bonus.
You will be passionate about solving customer problems and creating great outcomes through your high standards around service. Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude are key, and we’ll provide the training to develop you in the role.

Full-time or Part-time working hours (minimum 24 hours per week)
HQ based in sunny Blenheim with work from home options available
Salary is negotiable, approximately $65k-$85k based on experience and pro-rata by part-time hours
