Yes, Tātou can automatically ‘top up’ workers if their piecework earnings are below a certain amount (in dollars) which is specified by the customer.

Do you provide payroll?
No, Tātou focuses on increasing field workers’ productivity as well as helping with the efficient management of your team. We collect data in the field, including timesheets and piece-rate information which then goes on to your payroll system.
We seamlessly connect with your payroll provider via API or CSV files. Employee taxes calculations, deductions, annual leave and specific calculations for your industry/company (such as the Australian Horticulture Awards) are done by the payroll provider.
